To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天朝早上完日文班，中午12點令，走去筲箕灣行海防博物館......知道筲箕灣東大街係一條出名嘅食街，專登去個度食嘢兼行個圈睇下。本來幫襯「安利」魚旦粉，要等，唔去！去左隔離間餔，即「八雲札幌拉麵」！12點幾，間舖無乜人。睇餐牌，午餐$68，連加一$75 ，好抵咁。嗌左牛油拉麵、加燒雞翼，仲有汽水送。雞翼燒得啱啱好，皮脆！味道唔太鹹，加d檸檬汁好好食！d野食來得快、師父製作認真、賣相吸引！下次可以再來幫襯下，仲有好多嘢食！
