To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日上午開會,老闆中午設宴款待各同事,所以今日有免費午餐吃,在真味訂左2圍。8餸1湯,$1598/圍,都幾抵食。有乳豬全體、蝦球伊麵、帶子炒花枝、清蒸雙班、燒鵝王、陳皮蒸鮑魚、絲瓜浸魚腐、花膠雞腳螺頭湯、特大壽包。乳豬、燒鵝一向都係真味拿手之作,雖然今次兩樣都有啲肥左少少,但乳豬仍然鬆化,皮脆肉嫩,燒鵝依舊甘香。而蝦球伊麵啲蝦又大又爽口,啲麵吸收左蝦汁仲好味道。帶子炒花枝雖然清清地但夠晒大碟。蒸雙班雖然細條啲,但比蒸一大條魚滑得多。鮑魚就好香陳皮味,爽脆彈牙。花膠湯每人都有2-3舊花膠仔同螺頭,算落足料。絲瓜魚腐就一般啦,因為已經飽,無乜點食。最後仲有特大壽包,吃埋大滿足。
