To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年公司團年飯一改過往的中菜餐廳,而是在鯉魚門吃海鮮。快樂魚港位置在鯉魚門燈塔附近,二樓廳房是面對維港,維港的夜景盡入眼簾,未食已加分👍🏻!菜單海鮮方面有鮑魚,瀨尿蝦,大石班,龍蝦,聖子王,樣樣都好新鮮。實在太好味有些餸菜忘了拍照😝,那個濃濃白白的木瓜雜魚湯很鮮甜,而辣酒煮花螺,不算太辣沒有蓋過螺的味道,蔥油雞很嫩滑,對比下蛋白炒飯就遜色得多了整個炒飯味道偏淡炒得未夠鑊氣。整體來說這餐是中上水準。順便一提,散席後我還在附近買了蛋卷及豬肉干帶回家。
