To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司聖誕Party到會又一選擇

平時Lunch 間中都會去呢間小店覺得唔錯, 近排發現原來佢地有做 party到會, 咁岩公司聖誕又要叫到會, 就決定叫呢間試試佢!!公司十幾人叫左:青口茄汁海中蝦煙三文魚炸魚凱撒沙律炒雜菜芝士煙肉美國粗薯條炒牛柳粒卡邦尼意粉瑞士雞翼食物準時送到, 青口同煙三文魚勁新鮮, 青口唔韌夠甜. 一陣就比人清晒!炸魚真係要大讚! 原本以為細細塊細細條果種, 點知原來係超大塊! 仲以為送錯左炸豬扒...仲要外脆內嫩, 又係一陣就比人清晒!牛柳粒好夠味, 最重要係夠"唸"唔會韌, 意粉都好好味但我嫌佢唔夠汁.唯一美中不足既係茄汁海中蝦同芝士煙肉美國粗薯條, 送到黎唔夠熱, 不過落單時已經同我講薯條既芝士送到黎會乾, 但佢D 薯條真係好正, 所以照order, 好彩都仲好脆!下次叫到會應該再揀佢, 佢話到時可以再order 其他海鮮!生豪都有!
