To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間Hyatt 其實都食過好多次自助餐，起碼咁耐都十次八次了🤣🤣（包括公司聚會或自費等）但啱啱近年先開始寫食評，撞啱今日又有公司飯局，所以可以記下來😁 記得初初去嘅時候，真係感覺到有一點點的高級感同埋食物質素係好嘅，直到十幾年後，菜式種種係少少下滑的…不過如果一大伙朋友，公司飯局果d 都可以食下，至少佢好坐，地區方便。今晚也是失望的，又唔係好差但絕對冇驚喜果隻囉⋯⋯D 同事都話出面冇想食的帶子，羊架，煎鵝肝，生蠔…. 只得主打龍蝦（蒸），所以就個個排隊攞….. 其他熱分不值一提，都係果d 正常野，但都有好多甜野，ice cream （ok 👌) , cake, 豆腐花，榴連副產品…. 正正常常，但d cake 我冇食，但同事們話麻麻，我見佢地件件食一兩啖🤣🤣🤣另外一贊d 員工幾好禮貌，有笑容同好主動，包括埋有d chef…. 另外一坐低會有個煲（ seafood ), 但即係又係將出面攞果d 食物group 埋🤣🤣
