六安居.傳統的味道與好友去上環感受老香港的茶樓味道這裡是六安居前身為蓮香居只是換了名字,地址不變,味道不變有歷史感的裝潢有年代FEEL的枱櫈沒有加一,只有茶位人情味很濃,熱心的叔叔級店員親自介紹,仲有優惠孖寶感覺很親切我們點了一個孖寶加一碟大菜2個人吃的很滿意紅燒BB鴿(孖寶)脆到一個點一送上枱已經香噴噴即點即製,是有肉的BB鴿口感極佳,香脆嫩滑帶汁仲有傳統的淮鹽與喼汁此款喼汁是兒時的味道現在坊間少見,好正紅燒BB鴿是水準之作,指定必吃豉油王鵝腸不要看醬汁這麼深色其實一D都唔會過鹹有香蔥、薑絲、辣椒絲提味爽脆的鵝腸令人吃得開心加飯白飯又是一道飽肚回味之作上湯焗花蝦伊麵 (孖寶)WOOO ,真係又鮮甜又多汁的鮮蝦大花蝦8隻,爆汁鮮甜肉質彈牙爽口,好好食伊麵以鮮洋蔥汁提味既有香氣又不會過濃不會搶走鮮蝦的鮮甜口感非常好吃是近月我吃過最正的伊麵晚市只有茶位 HKD8,不設加一服務卻是一流的,而且充滿人情味加快了我回訪之心六安居上環德輔道西40-50號2-3樓

是有肉的BB鴿
口感極佳,香脆嫩滑帶汁
仲有傳統的淮鹽與喼汁
此款喼汁是兒時的味道
