紫醉軒,環境低調奢華,適合拍拖、家庭聚會、見客……中餐也有Happy Hour, 紅白酒買一送一,叫了兩杯紅酒,開始今晚的聚餐。《涼溪脆鱔》是無錫傳统菜,味道甜中帶酸,鱔肉切得細細長長,脆鱔充滿黃酒香甜而且非常酥脆,是適合做下酒的前菜。《薑醋脆斑球》每塊石斑球都是肉厚大大塊,薄薄地脆漿炸得酥香,而且保護斑球的嫩滑鮮味,薑醋汁能解油炸食物的油膩,師父的配搭真的好好。《孜然香蔥燒牛肉》孜然是我最喜歡的香料之一,有些人或許不喜歡,但凡有孜然口味的餸菜,我都必點😅。大蔥和牛肉也是天作之合的配對,牛肉嫩滑,大蔥惹味,配上孜然,我一個人也可以把它吃清光。《豉椒帶子煎米》豉椒惹味,帶子煎得蕉香鮮嫩,最絕的是米粉邊煎得甘香薄脆,中間吸收豉椒汁,這出品真的顯出廚師的功力。
