To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2-6-2005今天到長沙灣買東西就順路到了這裏食，之前食過一次一碗都食唔哂。今次和友人要了麻辣過橋米線餐要了中辣，再加一碟四川紅油青瓜，米線好大碗有很多餸，差不多樣樣都有，咁大碗是非常抵食的$31，其中黑栢葉是必食。四川紅油青瓜$22都很大碟，一d都唔辣很香蒜味，而且青瓜食落很爽脆同甜還有些少少酸酸甜甜的味道個人就覺得都幾好。另外不知為什麼原來蘭州拉麵已經沒有得供應了可惜。=_=
