最近經常都要同班同事過海做嘢,所以多咗喺港島搵食,今日我地就去咗蘭桂坊食,我真係第一次嚟,本身以為蘭桂坊只係飲酒吹水嘅地方,點知……原來都有好嘢食~泰式醃生蝦 - 食泰國嘢點可以無生蝦,呢個生蝦真抵食,$110有咁多隻,重要係好爽口彈牙,個生蝦汁又好味,唔會太酸,又夠辣,爽YY平時嗰啲,成$90-100先得嗰8隻海鮮炒粉絲 - 個炒粉絲唔會太濕,好乾身,味道啱啱好,亦都有好多配料,有芹菜、紅蘿蔔、草菇、洋蔥、津白油鬆餅 - 出面好多店都會整到成個油淋淋,真係唔係好想用手掂,呢個完全冇油淋淋感覺,熱食真係好正,不過凍咗就會硬少少,所以……溫馨提示,一定要襯熱食~~蝦醬通菜 - 唔知點解去食泰國嘢一定要叫蝦醬通菜,我好鍾意呢個,唔會太鹹,又香蝦醬味,雖然好多蒜頭,但係唔會過濃,如果加個白飯,我可以用佢啲菜汁嚟撈飯 XDXD原隻炭燒鮮魷 - 永遠呢啲我都覺得個汁好緊要,不過呢個就有少少太酸,但係個鮮魷真係燒得好好味,唔會燒過頭而太韌,我呢啲老人家牙唔好,好難咬,呢個絕對冇呢個問題~串燒沙嗲 - 我地今次叫咗雞肉、牛肉,個沙嗲汁比平時食嗰啲無咁濃味、椰汁味重,最緊要燒得唔dry,呢個係好緊要椰
