呢間餐廳主打精品西餐!見唔少人訂咗枱喺度同朋友聚會!值得一讚就係上菜嘅時候啲餸菜好熱!就算坐樓上嘅話空調都好夠,而且都有店員不時幫我哋加水1. 慢煮伊比利亞豬肉(Slow-Cooked Iberico Pork):這道菜以慢煮的方式製作,使豬肉變得極為嫩滑多汁。伊比利亞豬係食漿果大的所以佢個豬肉質地比較甜,最出色就係佢嗰啲杏脯醬,使其更加美味。豬肉超級多汁好邪惡。巴馬臣芝士肉醬扁意粉(Tagliatelle Bolognese):這是一道傳統的義大利麵食,好多牛肉碎配以濃郁的芝士醬和即磨芝士碎和番茄醬汁,提供了一種濃郁而滿足的口感。呢度菜式一啲都唔油膩。糖衣油炸面棒(Churros)配巧克力醬:呢間餐廳出名食Churros以其酥脆的外殼和柔軟的內部而聞名。配上濃郁的巧克力醬,仲用一個小煎pan呈上Churros 令到熱度更加好保持!之前都去好多唔同嘅香港餐廳食過Churros!我夠膽講吖嘛,係全港最好食嘅churros
