To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我不是個很能吃湯飯的人。怕不飽、怕貴、怕淡口…但小店很堅持,在陋巷橫街默默耕耘,每次經過,總有人在。今天我和朋友揮汗而來!酷暑炎夏,35度的天氣,本不是吃湯飯的理想時候,小店卻依舊爆滿。翻餐牌發覺選擇不少,取價亦很公道,朋友選了豬潤、蝦滑、南瓜、番茄湯、白飯;我則選了個差不多的,只是不吃蝦滑,改吃雞扒,每份午餐僅賣$51,熱飲+$5;凍飲+$8。<蝦滑>-份量很多,而且爽口結實,可惜沒有蝦味。<豬潤>-吃起來帶一股豬羶味,而且切得太薄,軟稔稔影響口感。<雞扒>-很大件,啖啖肉,吃起來超爽!<南瓜>-薄切,生熟度不錯,但並不太甜。<番茄湯>-很濃郁,顏色漂亮,充滿番茄香。<白飯>-不錯,軟硬適中。整體而言,這頓午餐性價比甚高,每樣餸都足份量且味道還好,湯底很甜、有茄味,只是覺得餐飲較貴。服務員送上的水熱得直冒煙,正仲夏七月,真心覺得不夠體貼。我一邊吃飯一邊抹汗,不忘詛咒后羿,射太陽的小子,今天去了哪裡泡神仙?
