一大班人第一次去呢度BBQ, 叫左:1.燒乳豬–差不多最後先食(因全熟需時), 皮脆但醃得不是太入味.2.燒乳鴿–幾香口, 但亦需時燒熟.3.turkey kidney –好大件, 但燒完偏乾兼有D味.4.魷魚–juicy, 惹味.5.羊扒–不是太嫩, 無乜texture.6.雞冀–細隻左D, 但好易熟.7.魚蛋, 墨丸, 脆皮腸–普通貨色.8.其他食物重有多春魚, 金沙骨, 什菜, 什菌…overall都算抵, food quality is acceptable lar.
