To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人剛晚上到餐廳堂食,我問該女侍應是日餐湯是中湯還是西湯,之後對話了一陣,我話我要白湯,該侍應語氣不滿地說“你頭先又話紅湯”我話我無講過,我話唔緊要我朋友未叫,佢叫白湯咪得囉。由於我係兩人用餐,之後其中一張枱被拉走,唔緊要,張單都拎走埋,唔緊要,我出去埋單時再同佢講番,我覺得無問題。好啦,我出去埋單時,我企左一陣係cashier,個女侍應問我企係度做乜,我話埋單,佢問我張單呢,我就解釋一次點解我無左張單,佢聽完唔明,就轉身同佢一個侍應講“我唔明佢講乜,你去搞掂佢”態度之惡劣無下一次幫襯。
