Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可能一個個伙計吧,今晚食飯時d服務ok喎... 點菜時有商有量,冇因為問價就黑面個d (佢本來有recommend龍蝦仔/凍蟹,但我今日唔想食貴o野,唔要,個伙計姐姐都仲好好笑容,同繼續介紹d o岩 食ge o野) 茶,自動自覺不停加 d食物黎到時,個伙計姐姐都好關心咁問過我地o岩唔o岩食,之後又好醒咁冇再出現過,直至我地就食完時才出現,問我地想唔想要d甜品... 食晒之後仲有個人(我估佢唔係一般伙計)過黎問過我d食物o岩唔o岩食,好關心、細心似的 飯前、飯後,功夫茶自動送上,仲要係自動加多round (因為食得太飽,冇叫甜品) 食左乜... 大眼雞 (good)、豉油王大蝦 (good)、鵝片+鵝腸 (鵝片,如常切得好麻夫,但好味)、魚蛋海鮮紹菜 (good)... 隨檯d前菜有4款,2款菜圃、鹹菜、豬手仔 (all good)當然唔算平,我地3個人,諗住都係簡簡單單平平地食都食左$400+... 但始終causal style ge 潮州打冷,呢道都係我ge首選
