To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大角咀貴為美食之都😆,啲餐廳真係多到食極都食唔晒,今次去試咗eaaat.here,佢哋有好多唔同種類嘅嘢食,有刺身🍣,日式串燒🍢,西班牙tapas🍤等等.全晚最正嘅,莫過於刺身蝦🦐配香辣紫蘇青檸汁,紫蘇味青檸汁超正😍,紫蘇愛好者必點.魚子醬蟹膏蟹肉意粉🍝亦相當出色,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅芝士味🧀,食落就有香濃嘅蟹膏味,意粉嘅軟硬度亦適中.多士拼盤🍞可以自由選擇四款不同嘅多士口味,我就揀咗Parma ham🥓、蕃茄🧄🍅、蟹肉沙律醬、鵝肝醬.另外仲有日式串燒,叫免治雞肉🍗串正喎,夾左雞軟骨,口感幾好.甜品係gimmick嘢,原個雪糕甜筒🍦喺apple crumble ,再將佢成個打碎撈落去,就邊左每啖都食到雪糕、趣筒、蘋果🍎、同埋士多啤梨🍓.飲品都要特別講一下,叫咗signature Cocktail 🍸Ka Shin street,係接木骨花嘅味道同埋清新嘅青瓜🥒,幾refreshing,仲有梅酒chu hai (自己pronounce lolll) what a drink name lol🤣,係韓國燒酎嘅飲品🍸
