友人說銅鑼灣開了一間明太子料理專門店,嚷着要帶我去試。下班後趕去銅鑼灣,大約19:30到達,推門而入那刻,發現全店滿座,很慶幸友人有幫忙訂座。店內的水吧設計較高,也很佔地方,擋住線視之餘,亦令整個座位格局只能排成C字型,走道變得很狹窄。店內有廿多個坐位,樓面的店員卻只有兩人,可以想像他們會有多忙碌。抓了個日籍店員先幫忙點飲品,見店內有提供日本酒三種試飲套餐,三杯只售$58,便聽從店員建議,順序點了南部美人(岩手)、菊水(新潟)和宗政(佐賀),三者同為純米吟釀,精合步合均在55%左右,酒精濃度15%,靠的都是能代表生產地的酒米、名水、酒麴發酵出最香醇的風味,同樣的冷飲卻呈現了不同的口感。店員按辛辣程度把酒排開,南部美人入口淡麗,中段甜而後開始帶辛辣,是三者中最有層次的。菊水入口平順,並無半點辛口感,所以也沒有驚喜。宗政是三者之中唯一未夠百年的酒造,入口順喉,甘口帶果香,最適合初心者和女性品嚐。這樣的25勺盃蛇目杯,三個加起來頂多150ml,對日本人來說可謂完全不夠喉,只能當作玩票性質體驗一下。然而,日本酒是一種很纖細的酒,尤其是開封後與空氣接觸後會變得越來越甜,一般保存再怎麼好都要在兩星

【罐頭明太子味吞拿魚 試食報告】
翌日晚上開了一罐打算佐飯,嗅起來魚味還是很香,辣味亦同樣濃郁。入口的話,辣的程度其實只是比微辣重一點,應該是大部份人都可以接受的程度,味道也不錯。原以為它是在吞拿魚中混入明太子粒,原來只是採用了醃製明太子時所用的唐辛子調味液,換言之純粹是辣味吞拿魚而已,似乎是四月誤會了。罐頭的背面顯示有使用防腐劑和色素,如果介意的話,建議考慮清楚才買哦。

【題外話一則】
今日在鱈卵屋用餐,碰上隣座非常不禮貌的客人,說話大聲令人心煩之餘,對店員的態度也不客氣,雖然口裡吐出來的是廣東話,用詞卻涼薄得很,四月由衷的希望她不要是香港人,同時要讚揚懂廣東話的日籍店員夠克制哦。
