To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒日的早上，人客不太多，只是有不用上班的長者。我們和教授在這裡，感覺是幾特別的，享受一個早上.....蓮蓉西米焗布甸蓮蓉西米焗布甸是也。剛剛焗起的，自然是熱辣辣，蓮蓉夠香甜，布甸質感亦對辦，以一客甜品來開始新一天，真好。蜜汁叉燒腸基本上，每次飲茶也會來上一客，是日當然也沒有例外。這裡的腸粉，質感不俗，夠薄身，而入面的叉燒，肉質不會太實．如果蜜味能夠突出一點的話就會更加好。
