最近開始好注重健康,因為開始脫髮😢講起養生,其他人都會第一時間諗起食芝麻糊。但要日日食嘅話,都係點點綠嘅芝麻粉實際d。一日沖兩次食,可以當作早餐and宵夜。但我其實都驚只係沖水會太淡,變左芝麻水🤣然後店員推介我可以加埋四神粉。四神粉質地比較濃稠,沖少d水就會糊糊地四神粉嘅功效主要係安心養神/安神養心(? 而且重點係無味道🤣可以完美配合芝麻嘅香味,增加呢碗芝麻水嘅質感。雖然都係鍾意芝麻糊多d,但其實呢個都幾好味。
