To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

讀左city咁耐,平時都係去品香樓開飯.同行友人們試過新南山d下午茶覺得ok,所以就一行5日去食.我點了白汁雞扒意粉加凍奶茶.送左湯,係青紅蘿蔔豬肉味精湯,ok既.個意粉呢都真係幾差,d白汁冇味冇道,重要一pat pat咁,有d反胃.個雞扒係ok既,不過份量有d少.大約係2/3手掌咁長,闊度係尾指長少少少少少.另外友人們點的咖哩雞飯同豉椒排骨飯都劣評如潮.真係好難怪人地門庭若市,而新南山則門可羅雀了.冇下次!
