To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得家人平日放假，入去長洲行吓，行到小巷見到呢間個‘’長洲站‘’打卡位好靚，門口望入去唔多人決定試試。😍入到去竟然冇人排隊，側邊有幾個人坐喺度飲嘢打卡，超期待啦。埋去櫃檯落單，兩個職員喺水吧見到我企喺度但冇反應，要我講咗‘’唔該order‘’其中一個先行過來，奇怪職員仲要全程黑面，由叫嘢俾錢到攞嘢飲，只講咗價錢同只收現金，多謝就更加都冇啦，如果係假日好忙冇停手，我都明白好辛苦，但嗰日平日明顯店又唔忙，心稔我做錯咩～🥲算啦杯嘢ok又打埋卡都冇所謂，但我嗰杯蜜桃乳酪，到手個質地好“稀”，個顏色灰灰白白有啲桃碎，飲落去真係好唔討好，試埋個味道更加大失所望，可以想像係好似牛x公司嗰啲樽裝乳酪嘢飲，但係溝咗水同加咗冰，飲咗兩啖已經完全唔想再飲。話哂放假好心情，自我安慰係叫錯嘢飲，或者其他選擇好味呢～不過稔起好飲極都仲要受氣，下次又何必再試，長洲仲有好多美食啫！
