To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果講到香港好食嘅菠蘿油，應該唔少人都會諗起好出名嘅金華冰廳。我好耐以前食過一次，但已經冇乜印象，前幾天路過門口，見唔洗等位，就再食多次！依度嘅用餐環境比較狹窄，啲櫈會令你坐得好直Haha。而服務態度就....我只可以話啲店員都幾有「性格」，如果你嘅用餐體驗好，完全冇唔開心或受氣嘅話，咁你好lucky菠蘿油 - 幾普通，冇覺得比其他茶餐廳做得特別出色...菠蘿包常溫，麵包口感幾軟嘅，但我覺得個皮有啲過脆，我一刀切落去分一半，個皮就甩左好多，牛油亦都偏薄，冇網上面講得咁好食揚州炒飯 - 味道一般，啲飯痴埋一齊，冇粒粒分明。我個人覺得係唔合格嘅炒飯，唔推薦大家叫，只可以話有好多其他茶餐廳都做得比佢好蛋撻（牛油皮） - OK啦，蛋漿有淡淡嘅蛋香味，唔會過甜。雖然牛油皮唔厚，但唔係好鬆脆*仲有！依度有最低消費，指明「堂食」嘅客人一定要叫野飲。我叫左杯「熱檸水」，盛惠 $20香港有好多好多茶餐廳，其中唔少都做得比依間好食，而且服務態度冇咁差，建議大家再揀下
