To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 估唔到只係遲咗少少返到嚟, 周圍都已經滿坐, 唯有選擇呢度, 因為連呢度都冇位的話, 你都唔駛諗其他, 但我地啱啱嚟到, 竟然冇位, 好彩行咗一個圈之後, 見到有人走咋~是晚唔想食扒, 於是叫咗兩個中式中菜, 因為可以加錢有湯飲~  紅燒獅子頭一大舊獅子頭, 好滑, 所以我相信溝咗好多肥膏, 如果唔係唔會咁滑, 同埋冇乜肉味, 又淡, 完全係靠佢個超杰的芡, 但個芡熱辣辣時都已經一pet嘢, 凍咗時就真係..............個湯話明唔落味精啫, 唔駛連鹽都唔係點落掛, 味道偏淡些, 雖然又有瓜又有肉又有果皮又有蜜棗~  美極魚柳一味就淡, 呢味就鹹, 唔通要溝埋一齊食? 香係幾香美極味, 但d魚真係好鬼死鹹, 我要用一大舊飯包住佢食先得, 又或者食完要即刻飲啖湯~
