依兩年韓風直逼全球,而香港亦開左好多間韓式食店,新式韓燒依間係我食嘅第三間,我嚟嘅原因係因為我見到佢全部食評都係讚冇彈,所以決定嚟試試!佢其中一個好係佢係肯接受電話booking,而我去前早一晚都可以book到!當晚七點鐘已經有唔少人等位,好彩我book左唔駛等!佢裝修都非常韓式坐位亦十分多!佢個烤爐邊係分三格,一格放粟米芝士,一格放蛋,而另一格放蒜頭!蛋係免費添加,而芝士粟米係要加$先可添加!但我覺得蛋汁不夠濃,冇乜蛋味!而芝士粟米又係芝士味唔特出,我唔明點解咁多人話好食又肯加$添加!但我覺得不值!燒肉方面我點左"霜降牛肉",最好食依個,肉質夠淋同肉味都好濃郁!之後我還點了"達人護心肉"係三間嚟講最唔好食嘅護心肉,冇味!"祕製牛舌"味道不過不失,但佢可取地方係份量不少,燒極都有!"竹筒五花燒肉"比我想像中細條,佢係原條放上爐燒,燒到一定時間就有人嚟幫你剪開啲肉,依個肉味道亦係可以不亦不算突出!依間餐廳其中最唔好嘅係佢比你用嚟夾燒肉嘅生菜,佢添加左三次比我,三次都係乾,一啲水份都冇,完全係唔新鮮!仲有佢用嚟點燒肉嘅醬汁太杰,好難點落哟食物度!我覺得依間燒肉唔可以話唔好食,但一定冇其他食
