冇可能可以再差. Really. pt.1講起一匹布咁長......Went there a month ago... 我不嬲都唔係蘇施黃fans,但咁啱我個friend suggest就算啦,打電話訂位,臨尾問佢「咁訂咗就唔使等呀﹖」佢話「梗係啦﹗」唔...感覺良好﹗點知......準時去到,要等。Meanwhile佢畀menu我地睇,唔緊要。等足15分鐘,唔緊要。聽到另外等枱既女仔問厠所係邊,佢指向後面既公厠...好緊要﹗留意︰等位時問佢可唔可以叫定ribs,因為menu寫要等20分鐘。佢話唔使,好快有。OK,信佢。卒之等吓等吓佢都要take咗order先,因為要準時交枱。(點解遲畀枱都要準時交﹖)留意︰我叫rib eye,medium rare,佢話會生生地喎,我話我知。上菜。Cream of mushroom soup未飲過咁難飲,好杰(唔係cream soup果隻杰,係面頭有高低landscape果隻杰),好多奶油,好肥,冇菇味。Caesar salad菜唔新鮮,水汪汪,唔夠sauce亦冇味。頭盤未食完己經上Main Course。我個rib eye完全冇牛肉味,上面有一pa

頭盤未食完己經上Main Course。我個rib eye完全冇牛肉味,上面有一pat由cream of mushroom移師過來既奶油,好杰好難食。一切開,嘩~~標血架,好淋,因為係Rare唔係medium rare。我同佢講話太生,佢一臉"I told you so" 咁同我講「即係你接受唔到呢個生熟程度」嘩,咁都講得出﹖﹗我話「我接受到既係medium rare而呢個唔係,係rare﹗」佢(本著顧客是錯的但我唔同你拗既精神)倖倖然咁攞去換,唔係,係攞去再煎。唉~我由金雀食到皇后,Louis’食到Morton's都冇見過咁既野...
同行order既Spaghetti Alio Olio亦有同樣既水準,色香味俱無,以為大大粒蒜就好,但spaghetti係用一般茶餐廳既肥版,冇彈性spaghetti。
食完(應該話放棄)以上main course再過一陣先黎Ribs,的而且確係最好,唔太韌,但凍冰冰,比起Tony Roma’s我畀6分。
叫dessert, 用錯咗英文叫bread pudding同埋Earl Grey pudding。個女侍應一臉茫然咁話ok走咗。過咗一陣,佢竟然番黎問「係咪一號同二號﹖」天呀,我冇menu又點知幾多號﹖但凍既bread pudding加冰冰雪糕竟然有出面三流bread pudding咁好味,驚喜﹗Earl Grey pudding直程係好味﹗
整體黎講水準好平均,平均地差劣,除Earl Grey pudding外。在此奉勸小白屋既厨師上吓Towngas既beginner’s course,可能會有進步,但係service就…
