To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇味精好飲例湯

今日懶得煮飯所以落咗樓下茶餐廳食嘢，見對面茶餐廳嘅晚餐價錢同款式都唔錯所以就試吓啦如果食炒粉麵$50左右都有交易，小菜就大概$60左右老公就要左一個小菜，我就要咗個焗意粉一坐低就即刻有兩碗例湯，仲有豬骨架，冇味精，而且好足料好好飲京蔥炒牛肉，個份量都唔細，啲蔥勁多，好有鑊氣，配埋個飯食就啱啱好，不過油咗少少我就要左一個焗蕃茄豬扒意粉，豬扒好大塊，同隻碟一樣大，而且仲幫我切好，值得一讚，蕃茄味道夠出，撈埋啲意粉就啱啱好我哋兩個都嗌咗特飲，一個要紅豆冰另外一個係Oreo朱古力
