To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人,簡簡單單是旦地食一餐,揀左大家樂。1.去骨海南雞飯配雞份量都唔少,但雪味好重,好重,好重...油飯都香香地。有d豆做配菜,當然唔會有豆味,落左味精咁啦。有配醋,冇咩特別。2.菠蘿咕嚕肉飯肉算係雪味唔大,表層炸得有d趣,算係咁。味道偏甜。有d紅椒青椒點綴,都趣口。有一兩粒菠蘿。整體味道普通。3.甜粟甘荀煲瘦肉湯甜甜地,都易入口,味道普通。有d湯渣,包括少少甘荀粟米等,冇咩味。勝在唔貴,都唔會抱咩期望,整體普普通通。
