已經好多年冇去過和生飯店食晚餐 今晚因為做完啲野,附近又冇乜餐廳,所以同家人係度食個簡單晚餐。西蘭花炒花枝片味道有啲清淡,冇乜穫氣,花枝片亦冇鮮味,要靠點蝦醬調味。我大細佬係魚香茄子控,佢都冇乜點食呢個魚香茄子煲,食唔到鹹魚肉碎既鹹香,雖然唔係唔好食,但都唔見得惹味。成碟豉汁蒸魚雲冇咩魚鮮,而且豆豉唔夠平均分佈塗滿,魚雲又唔可以完全吸到豆豉香味,只可以話不過不失。蔥油雞係最好食,青蔥,蔥頭,豉油,油落穫炒零舍香,加上雞肉都幾嫩滑,少少油香,全晚最受家人歡迎既一味餸。
