Throwback番初三嘅一個lunch😎記得當日天氣好凍,又落住雨,原本係想去佐敦嘅一間手工意粉店食lunch,點知聰明嘅我哋冇做research,去到摸門釘🤣然後俾我spot到前面呢間一樣俾我bookmark咗好耐嘅cafe,雖然人好多,但都決定排一排🤫見到條人龍原本都驚,成8、9個人喺前面,以為會等好耐。但原來佢人流控制都做得幾好,每5-10分鐘到就會有一、兩枱客走,所以我哋都係等咗30-35分鐘左右,比起預期中算係好快😂經典卡邦尼煙肉意粉作為佢哋嘅招牌菜,當然要一試。意粉嘅顏色比起一般嘅卡邦尼意粉淺色,因為佢哋嘅醬汁冇用到忌廉,淨係單純用咗蛋黃汁,所以相對哋都乾身啲。但因為我本身係好鍾意食乾身嘅炒意粉,所以對我不成問題。反而覺得要扣分嘅位係冇咗奶油嘅香濃,稍為失去咗carbonara嘅特色。不過,特別欣賞佢哋用咗腩肉切片去代替煙肉片,食起嚟更有咬口。而且面頭仲有啲脆煙肉片做點綴,撈埋蛋黃,令成個味道昇華咗,的確係補償到冇用到忌廉嘅不足👍Revol精選早餐要留意返佢係一個精選早餐唔係全日早餐,食材同煮法都同我哋食開嘅all day breakfast有不同。佢哋嘅食材選擇都比較健

經典卡邦尼煙肉意粉

Revol精選早餐

要留意返佢係一個精選早餐唔係全日早餐,食材同煮法都同我哋食開嘅all day breakfast有不同。佢哋嘅食材選擇都比較健康,有yoghurt或者奇亞籽布甸做選擇,仲有藜麥同有nuts嘅烤麵包做伴碟。我哋揀咗奇亞籽布甸,面頭有granola同少少生果,食落好舒服好開胃,個人認為有少少糖漿撈落去食更好食!

Cafe裝修好舒服,可以慢慢同朋友坐低慢慢傾計。如果平日少人啲嚟相信會仲輕鬆仲chill!佢哋除咗佐敦之外喺灣仔都有分店,可以下次去埋🤞附上一張我哋點咗嘅macchiato作結,嚟到cafe點可以唔飲咖啡😎
