To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一晏晝同朋友嚟咗銅鑼灣築地食日本嘢,餐廳環境唔算大,但係平日嘅中午亦有好多打工仔幫襯。餐廳裝修風格應該係行平實路線,而食物選擇都幾多,有壽司、魚生、拉麵等常見嘅日本美食。睇菜單都睇到我眼花撩亂,好唔容易先揀到食乜嘢啊睇睇個菜單,朋友一眼就send中咗個魚生飯,而我就揀咗牛肉椰菜壽喜燒、炸蝦天婦羅、鰻魚壽司、帶子壽司、火炙芝士玉子壽司。朋友話魚生都尚算新鮮。牛肉壽喜燒都幾足料,湯底偏甜。炸蝦天婦羅味道正常,唔錯。成餐飯我最滿意就係鰻魚壽司,鰻魚汁撈飯基本上唔會唔好食,餐廳比鰻魚汁都幾大方。火炙芝士玉子壽司,邪惡美味。帶子壽司粒帶子都大大粒,幾厚肉。整餐飯買單$376 ,銅鑼灣黎講算係咁啦~~~
