To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好掛住台灣ar，唯有食台灣嘢頂住先， 一向我媽女子喜歡食蜜糖磚塊， 適逢茶木八週年紀念，草莓香草蜜糖磚塊除咗增量25 %外仲有個八週年回味價58蚊， 梗係要同佢一齊去啦。 因為下午茶關係63蚊已包一杯飲品。 三層厚厚吐司， 托著雪糕，有棉花糖點綴，果然份量多過之前， 吐司烤得很脆，經蜜糖烤過後甜甜脆脆，配上少少帶酸的草莓雪糕，真係幾好味， 難怪阿媽百食不厭。跟咗杯紅豆薏米水，唔係太甜紅豆煲得淋淋，都幾好味。 屋企可以跟住試下整。紅燒牛肉麵牛肉連筋炆得非常之淋同入味， 台式麵不過不失，煙煙靭靭， 湯底濃郁。配杯熱的黑糖薑母茶，好暖胃。
