終於食到名館, 名不虛傳, 實在是好味又抵食既新派上海菜, 真心推薦! 今晚點了好幾款菜式, 先有鮮肉一口小籠包, 濃湯肉鮮皮剛好, 正! 手工蔥油餅香脆, 包鬆, 蔥花的新鮮提升了整個蔥油餅的味道! 紅燒嫩滑BB 鴿, 肉質算嫩滑鮮鮮香, 皮若能再燒得香脆多點, 更正! 要特別大讚以下三味: 金銀蒜蒸蛙蛙菜, 新鮮菜蔬配爆香炸蒜, 惹味非凡! 私房金黃球泡飯, 眼睛先吃, 有種不捨去弄破, 但又滿心期待! 湯鮮甜, 有蕃茄香, 粟米, 毛豆錦上添花, 增加咬感! 那個飯球。。天呀! 是飯焦外皮, 浸湯食, 超正! 整個飯令我迷倒! 最後是蜂蜜柚子蝦球, 蝦肉嫩滑, 皮薄到透光, 汁是清甜而重柚子味, 吃時不會膩滯! 很久未嚐好味上海菜, 喜歡的必要一試!
