To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇驚喜嘅米線

屯門起咗西鐵站之後，我去屯門的次數也頻密很多了，食肆也有很多，尤其是屯門市中心附近，起碼有超過10幾間嘅米線專門店，雲貴軒就較為出名啲，所以今日我就試吓另一間雲貴香米線，每星期試一次唔同地方嘅米線😬我揀咗三樣餸， 有雞翼尖，蘿蔔，金菇菜！金菇菜吸入湯底嘅味道好好味，而且蘿蔔都夠林，雞翼尖就經過滷水汁烹調再放入湯上面，但是是凍的😫配菜有芫荽和蔥花在米線上面，湯底我要求小辣，但完全沒有辣味份量都好多，用筷子一夾起，就知道好大碗米線每張枱都坐滿人加左$7 有杯凍飲😬
