To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都相信千両質素，第一次喺呢間分店order外賣盛，我自己遲左半個鐘，去到拎野嘅時候見到佢地冇擺入雪櫃，只有乾冰墊底，以往其他分店過十分鐘左右見我未拎係會放入雪櫃，但今次我冇為意冇check就拎走左。點知番到屋企打開一睇，全家人忍唔住嘩左出黎，個拖羅好大條筋都算，全盒吞拿魚壽司d色勁瘀，我肯定唔係遲左半個鐘就會變到咁，因為另一盒壽司都正常d（除左吞拿魚之外）我立即打去講，雖然佢地都肯補做番一盒俾我，但真心唔會再幫襯呢間，唔明點解見到咁樣都出俾客人？搏人唔番轉頭換？
