To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為有coupon而又就到期, 尋晚同女朋友山長水遠由中環搭巴士o黎食buffet dinner. 一早之前已經同女朋友講話我冇咩期望呢度有咩好o野食, 點知最後係極度失望咁走......先講環境, 認真麻麻o地, 感覺到好舊o既設計, 不過都算乾淨. 一入去就安排我o地2個坐門口位, 我已經非常唔鐘意, 算, 食完走人.o野食, 好少o既選擇, 味道我就覺得中下. 成晚覺得最好味o既, 都係個煮青口同埋個西湯. 因為我鐘意食o的熱o野, 所以特別留意有冇o的湯麵之類, 答案係冇!! 中式糖水係芝麻糊, 嚮所謂o既酒店入面食buffet, 竟然可以出現咁普通到唔普通o既芝麻糊, 冇o野o下麻?侍應o既服務都算係咁, 只係覺得bbq o既燒烤師傅冇乜禮貌, 我想攞o的黑椒汁, 佢答我話"您等一等先". 酒店有冇provide過關於services o既training俾員工o架? 最後可以一讚o既, 就係我女朋友杯熱檸檬茶好多油浮面, 我叫佢o地換過佢, 佢o地都好客氣咁幫我換過第二杯.
