To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完屯門staycation後中午醫肚仔，喺商場行咗一圈都好似冇咩啱食咁，行行下來到呢一間台灣嘢食門口，睇完個餐牌就決定試下。鋪頭都比較細，位置似特登間出黎咁，座位都唔太多，而且店舗內都比較熱，完全feel唔到冷氣（用商場中央空調），食湯面時比較辛苦，食到出晒汗。落完單之後都好快可以上菜，係估唔到味道都唔差，份量都算適中，價錢方面都算係中等（如果係v city黎講），但飲品方面有待改善，叫咗個茉香珍珠奶茶完全唔似平時飲開個味道，怪怪地，但下次會再黎試下其他菜色。
