Hong Kong Style Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 頹頹地懶得岀街，去大快活食快餐，點咗佢哋嘅鮮茄焗豬扒飯同粟米肉粒飯，但整體感覺都唔算太好，味道一般，份量普通，價錢亦都唔平。鮮茄焗豬扒飯嘅豬扒煎得有啲硬，而且鮮茄同芝士嘅味道都唔夠香濃，焗得有啲乾，飯粒都好糊口，味道平平。粟米肉粒飯嘅粟米味道都唔夠香甜，而且肉粒都有啲硬，飯粒亦都好普通，味道一般，並無什麼特別之處。餐廳嘅環境都算舒適，座位間隔適中，不會太擠迫。總括而言，大快活嘅鮮茄焗豬扒飯同粟米肉粒飯味道一般，份量普通，價錢有啲貴，服務態度亦有待改善，唔太值得一試。
