To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冇比較冇傷害超失望素食自助餐廳

今日剛剛食完，俾其他好評吸引而去，間鋪驟眼睇落好似好光鮮亮麗，入到去先發現好乸渣，仲要食物超難食，d湯、粥超鹹，湯嘅料勁少，少到完全冇味，剩係落好多鹽以圖去掩飾，個炒蛋唔知點解可以係超甜，個菜卷又唔新鮮，環境又污糟，啲杯碗好似全部洗唔乾淨咁，有污漬喺上面我換咗幾隻，最後索性自己用水洗返乾淨，嗰啲嘢飲壺上面好似有陳年油漬咁，全間店嘅感覺好乸渣，有隻大蚊係啲甜品上面痴咗好耐，我諗佢食到好飽。食物種類又少又難食，服務態度又差，仲要自助形式食完要自己收返晒d嘢。咁嘅服務、價錢、同質素仲要自己收嘢令人超級心理唔平衡。如果你諗住抄「無肉」個間自助形式嘅素食餐廳，唔該你抄足埋人哋嘅食物種類、質素、同價錢、同埋服務先啦！
