Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有商場優惠券就諗住食餐好,片皮鴨一向係至愛名單之一,一於約齊4人lunch去食番隻。一坐低侍應好識做,聽到我地想食鴨就即話幫我地落單先,因為需時製作,諗住加分。之後叫多幾款,點心,小菜咩都叫下,可惜點心超差,先來超硬芋角(唔怪得上菜要跟刀叉)不過支叉係叉唔落,再來未熟鹹水角(切開個皮仲未透)唯有退貨。炸雲吞不過味精重手咗。好彩廚房師傅得,來個咕嚕肉,好味皮又脆,要讚,炸豆腐都好味唔錯,再來個雜菜煲都有水準。講咗咁耐點解冇相又冇鴨評,咪因為等咗45分鐘都未有,三追四問都係等,仲要突然走來話咭機壞咗,冇現金就請去撳機先最後就緊係埋單走人兼一肚氣,我地打工仔食飯先得一個鐘,點等到你"超"慢工出細貨。鴨店冇鴨真係未試過,仲諗住等主角上枱先影相。
