落住大雨既一個夜晚,銅鑼灣既街頭搵下野食,無意間走入呢間店,竟然發現呢個好好味既pizza,餅皮又薄又脆,食得出係手工製,佢隻煙燻三文魚,生雞蛋,三文魚子,芝士再加少少香草,從來無諗過個配搭咁perfect ,初時係朋友話要食,我仲諗緊:吓,會唔會好難食?點知真係食完一口再一口,到而家寫食評既時候都仲好心思思想再去食,煙燻三文魚比生雞蛋帶出左鮮味而三文魚子既咸香爽同生雞蛋又出奇地夾,第一次食到咁有特色既pizza!龍蝦湯好濃夠鮮味,睇得出用料足!軟殼蟹沙律d 菜都幾新鮮,蟹都炸得唔油膩。我要再三強調,真係好鍾意個三文魚pizza 吖!
