Restaurant: 麥記美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幫襯了麥記超過十年, 現在決心跟它say goodbye。以往麥記講心, 現在被冠以美豬蓮就講金。以往買窩貼十蚊四隻, 老闆娘見涼了的, 就多給你ㄧ隻。現在加價到十蚊三隻, 要不要由得你, 因為大把人排隊。講真不是貪你多ㄧ隻, 少ㄧ隻, 但食物質素每況愈下, 靠睇咗美豬蓮介绍的區外客同大劣遊客谷客, ㄧ場來到同你買五十、ㄧ百蚊嘢。在商言商, 好過serve我哋呢D二十呅有找的街坊和放學的學生哥。但终竟麵粉魚蛋還是麵粉魚蛋, 由五元加到六元再加到七元ㄧ串, 對不起, 我不是羊古, 北角真的美食多的是, 現在跟你説 Au revoir, 望你好好享受你的美豬蓮的輝煌日子, 街坊還是懐念已往樸實的麥記。
