沒遇到服務態度這麼差的店鋪 今日來間鋪頭食野,一開頭個阿姐叫我地掃安心出行 再掃針卡,我地都照做啦,在望餐牌個陣時,另外一個阿姐又過來話 要掃針卡,我地好聲好氣同個阿姐話掃咗啦,個阿姐唔信,叫我地開多次針卡俾佢掃,我地都照做啦,但係掃唔成功,我就話都掃過啦,個阿姐都好大火氣話我地 “問你地有無掃安心出行,你話有啊嘛,做咩開多次手機俾佢掃掃針卡?” 第一 :個阿姐唔係問有無掃安心出行,而係話有無掃針卡,我地話有,係個阿姐唔信,叫開多次手機俾佢掃,唔係我地傻傻地開手機俾佢掃噶。第二:間鋪頭咁細,得兩台客人喺度,係咩要搞清楚地?你地唔係好忙個喔。我都知檢查多一次是好事嚟嘅。但係系個阿姐自己溝通有問題反轉頭還要串客?咁細一間鋪頭,客人又無幾個,跟客人溝通呢啲嘢都做唔好,麻煩學好中文再出來返工啦?個客係出來吃野噶 唔係吃你鋪頭員工氣噶 !
