To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前因為唔到自己揀﹐所以o黎過六七次﹐但好彩朋友肯聽我講唔幫襯佢﹐所以唔駛再o黎受氣。太湖o既某o的食物的確唔差﹐上次食o既薑粒活魚炒飯好食﹐上桌又夠熱騰騰。飲茶試過魚腐玉瓜﹐清o下腸胃都幾好﹐不過無可避免o的湯係有味精﹐唔飲得o甘多。腸粉質素叫做一般﹐冇乜驚喜。晚飯食過三味豆腐﹐幾鍾意佢有唔同口味﹐只覺得豆腐唔夠靚﹐另外佢o既三弄回味牛肉都幾入味。講食都唔算差﹐但環境一般(地毯好似成日都油膩膩o甘)﹐而佢o既服務就令我完全唔想再返轉頭﹗晚飯時段試過﹐都可以接受﹐但午飯時間幾次都因為侍應阿嬸毛躁霸道同埋某位經理o既傲慢態度而令我地很不滿﹐阿嬸同o的街坊老主顧可以嗲好耐﹐但其他要做o既o野就愛理不理﹐對其他客人講話也不禮貌。經理就"la"埋口面﹐一句招呼/答話都唔會講﹐叫佢埋單都俾個白眼唔耐煩﹐好似佢係客人o既老細o甘款。好幾次落o黎﹐見到呢間o野就眉頭皺﹐要我俾錢去食飯﹖no way!
