To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再來大蕃薯係專程食德國咸豬手，果然其貌不揚，乾乾的，切開方知肉汁豐富，鹹味適中，味道一流，個皮脆過燒豬皮，又香又脆。再來南瓜蘋果醬黑豚扒配意粉，意粉係老闆親手做，煙靭有口感。地獄燒雞香草味濃郁帶點辣，蠻不錯啊。又是太飽食唔到甜品，只叫了杯蕃薯奶茶，基本上係一杯蕃薯奶昔，蕃薯甜，茶味香，味道可以，但唔可以用飲奶茶心態去品嚐。
