To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎哩度都係食師父預先set好既套餐。


鮮淮山、醃漬蘿蔔、鮮磨芥末…每位客人一坐底,師父就會即刻整擺喺係面前。哩度既芥末食得出係磨出黎而唔係溝粉開,因為佢唔會好攻鼻好辣口,但就有好香既芥末味!

白子…都係燒過,質感淋身軟滑,仲有養顏效果!女士要食多幾粒喇!


珍蠔:蠔肉鮮甜,口感半爽半軟滑,底下有海藻,食完飲啖茶會有少少回甘感覺,不過如果蘸太多豉油的話會太咸。


鮑魚:配鮑魚肝醬,肝醬好濃郁,鮑魚微暖,質感一d都唔會韌,最後用舊飯沾埋淨底既肝醬就冇嘥野喇。


三文魚子壽司…師父建議首先好似飲酒咁淨食魚子先,咁就可以食到魚子既鮮甜味同埋喺口腔爆汁既感覺。原來食完面頭既魚子,師父會refill魚子一次嫁!魚子味道果然好鮮甜,零"醒"味,唔會過咸,輕輕一咬就爆汁!


海膽杯…好好好好多海膽呀!面頭仲有隻鮮甜既中蝦,底下就鋪左壽司飯。


海膽壽司…有兩款,冇紫菜既係用左川村海膽,有紫菜既就用左木村海膽,我就鐘意食川村多d,因為味道比較鮮甜,不過好似話木村係高一級既,但我哩次食到既係川村好食d


皇冠蜜瓜:有冇人會諗到咁食蜜瓜?!噴whisky哩下真係好surprise,而且仲係要仲好食過唔噴!噴左whisky既蜜瓜更香甜,本身甜蜜多汁既蜜瓜依加仲多左一份酒香,但又完全冇whisky既嗆喉感,認真高招!
