本來都冇諗住去呢到食,係呢晚因為夜咗收工但又要睇戲,咁想近D戲院食唔好咁急啦,係冇乜野想食之下佢話不如去SUZUKI,因為我有沙律可以食喎,唔....咁就去啦。呢晚我因為已經有目標,所以好快已經揀到我要食乜,但佢係第一次來,真係睇哂成本Menu先決定到,最後點了:我的:DIY Salad($45) 配柚子啫喱汁 + 南瓜($5) + 櫻花蝦($5) + 雜野菌($5) = $60友的:蒲燒鰻魚紅豆飯鍋 Grilled Eel with Red Bean Rice ($86)Share:清酒味噌煮海蜆 Sea Clam with Sake & Miso ($52)10% Service Charge Total = $217.8我的<DIY Salad>率先來到,真係好鍾意佢呢個放位,一大兜沙律菜睇落食落都好新鮮,柚子啫喱汁真係有粒粒柚子啫喱,唔甜微酸好開胃;另加的南瓜片唔會過淋也帶少少爽甜,雜野菌唔腥唔韌有咬口,最抵係櫻花蝦,份量多少少甜,<蒲燒鰻魚紅豆飯鍋>用了珍珠米跟紅豆一起煮成,紅豆嘅顏色令珍珠米染紅,粒粒分明也好有口感,都幾甜添,而蒲燒鰻魚雖則份量唔多,但尚算肥美。<清酒味噌煮
