先來碟早餐先感覺好一點,Sangria很香甜相信不嗜酒的朋友都可以享受到,先吃清甜生果開胃,從來薯餅是我吃早餐的誘因,加上馬拉盞和小Muffin和少許芝士已很滿足!

但海鮮又怎能錯過呢!很欣賞這兒的凍海鮮全部煮至恰到好處,沒有坊間一般過熟的情況,尤以龍蝦最吸引,滑溜雪白的肌膚引人入勝不已!

這兒的香脆豬腩仔刈包從來誘人,以慢煮18小時的腩肉來炮製,吃下微甜的刈包下配有清爽的紫椰菜、生菜,伴以意大利黑醋及香辣蛋黃醬,令皮脆肉香的豬腩仔吃下沒帶半分油膩,好吃得沒話記

西班牙烤乳豬亦用上18小時慢煮而成,出來亦是皮脆肉嫩,油潤的口感在口中遊走令人興奮的味道,可以無限任吃怎算好啊~
