To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天中午又在這裡吃了一個燒味飯,連熱奶茶,35元。價錢還算可以接受,但品質和賣相真的不合格,我看見那幾件雞已經不開胃,已經不是第一次,在沒有加價之前都是這樣的,之前不說是希望他們自已會有所改進,但原來沒有,那幾塊雞切到都不知像什麼,還有的就是那些雞不知怎樣處理的,看似就是縮水的一樣,不再像幾年前快餐店出品的燒味飯,雞連雞的切法原來也是一種技巧,還有叉燒的味道也在退步,很多香港人都是吃燒味飯成長的,因為夠快,但現在燒味飯的水準,無論賣相和味道都在退步中,叫客人怎樣再去惠顧。
