和好友再嚐桐燒,主菜仍選了一客肉類拼盤。食材和以往一樣,有澳洲黑毛和牛、岩中豚肉、牛肋骨小排、雞肉及牛脷。和上次比較,黑毛和牛和牛肋骨小排不論味道及肉質皆有少許退步,牛肉香味一般,口感尤以牛肋骨小排較韌。岩中豚肉味道比牛肉好,肉質鬆軟。雞肉OK,燒起來出頗多油,或許是連雞皮燒的緣固。吃畢燒烤追加一客海鮮窩,海鮮有魚、蝦、蟹及蜆肉等等,數量不算多。湯底鮮甜味不足,鹹味過重,不作推介。
