To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次來豚王,好像是數年前了,今天可能是星期六下午,所以不用等位, 大約5分鍾就可以了。 雖然食物款式依舊不多, 而且去到時, 限定王又沒有了, 不過好吃的,那怕只有數款。今天我選了黑王, 熱辣辣的拉麵,配上黑麻麻既肉碎球, 豬肩肉, 真的令人興奮。豬骨湯味夠濃, 夠香! 豬肩不算肥, 份量也比想像中多, 闊別了數年, 味道和水準一樣的好呀! 有機會我一定會再來的 ~~~
