To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 至於XO 醬蝦球炒西蘭花,就稍嫌鑊氣不足,但勝在蝦球夠大隻,爽口彈牙,再配香濃XO 醬和新鮮西蘭花,都算交足功課啦。

再來個飯後甜品法蘭西多士,西多士炸至金黃微焦,面頭放上一塊溶解中的厚切牛油,賣相好吸引。西多士入口蛋香濃郁,中間還有一層花生醬,再加牛油和糖醬,認真滋味無窮。
